Mark Slater

Mark brings almost 30 years of relevant experience in managing complex service and product support. Previously at Dell where he played a major role in implementing SonicWall into the Dell Software Group before he took responsibility for technical support. Mark has held senior positions at XYLAN/Alcatel, Extreme Networks and SilverPeak. The strategy of eD3P is to use Dell for all core appliance build, deployment, configuration and support. Mark will be responsible for managing that global relationship as well as the internal responsibility for total product support to partners.
