Stuart WinterChief Executive Officer
As CEO and co-founder of the business, Stuart brings experience from a long international career in the technology sector. He has held various senior management, sales, marketing, strategy and product management positions. In addition he has a track record of founding and leading a number of innovative start-up and early stage businesses. Stuart was CEO at a network and security business in the UK before a successful trade sale to Xchanging, a large global BPO / ITO provider. Post acquisition he developed and implemented the cloud strategy for Xchanging before departing to lead a large team for a global insurer in the successful negotiation of a $1.5bn outsource deal. Previously he was co-founder and CEO of Atinera, an early SaaS provider in the Travel and Leisure space.
Andre SzykierChief Security Scientist ? Jigsaw
A polymath with experience in numerous disciplines, Andre is the lead scientist and designer of the Jigsaw secure ?data shredding? platform that sits at the heart of the eD3P survivable security platform. With more than two decades of business experience, he has a distinguished career as a CTO/CIO/CEO, helping over a dozen startups while taking 2 companies public, Andre continues to work with government agencies in the United States (NSA, NRO, and TSA) and with security agencies in the UK and Israel. His design for lossless fractal compression to reduce relational data storage 10,000 fold which was licensed by Informix and Microsoft in their SQL server systems is still used by major telco firms and government security agencies worldwide for call detail analysis.
Marek PodgornyChief Security Scientist ? Jigsaw
Marek has a long and successful history of designing, delivering and supporting some of the most highly secure command, control and communication applications to the US DoD and national security agencies. He will continue to lead the development and integration of the InterVault network security framework developed under a DARPA contract into eD3P out of our Syracuse University relationship. He will also play a critical role as one of our chief scientists as an advisor in all matters of cybersecurity.
A world-class electrical engineer with more than 35 years? practical experience in design and development of unique circuits, microcode and low-level system software primarily within the mainframe arena. David?s system-level knowledge of the mainframe platform puts him among a very small technologist elite. The combination of his skills make him a unique and valuable resource to eD3P.
Richard WalshChief Technology Officer
Richard is responsible overall for the product delivery and customer implementation. He has more than 20 years? experience delivering enterprise-scale business and IT change to FTSE-100 organisations, primarily in the financial services sector. Most recently this included the recovery and successful delivery of a $30m infrastructure globalisation programme for a FTSE-100 insurer. As Implementation Director at Xchanging, he was responsible for the delivery of all change to the internal businesses and the outsource partnerships with Aon and Lloyds of London, managing a combined budget of $50m and 200+ FTE headcount. Richard led the London Market Reform programme that delivered ground breaking market-wide platforms to drive electronic trading across more than 250 organisations in the Lloyds and Companies Markets. Prior to that Richard was Technology Director for Xchanging with responsibility for overall IT strategy, architecture and innovation.
Brendan Raggett CGMAChief Financial Officer
A proven finance professional with a track record of providing executive commercial finance support. Having gained experience in a variety of industries, in recent years he has operated at Director Level within the IT sector either within rapidly growing SMEs or technology early stage companies, with success in effectively doubling revenues with one SME reseller and subsequently assisting in the sale of that business to a major Insurance services provider within 4 years. With further expertise in bids, tenders, contract negotiation, M&A, integration of systems and process improvement, Brendan is a vital member and contributor of the management team. His further skills in HR, legal and wider commercial issues enable him to support sales and operational areas of the business to ensure a secure operational platform for growth and success.
David EdwardsHead of Architecture
Dave has proven his industry leading experience repeatedly during his work with large enterprises and start-ups alike. ?His wide-ranging technical skill span the provision of high-level architecture design & strategy down to detailed, low-level technical solutions.?
Prior to eD3P, David was the Enterprise Infrastructure Architect for London?s leading insurance services provider, Xchanging.? In?this role he provided cloud strategy, complex data migration planning, cyber security guidance, total cost of ownership modelling for applications / services and infrastructure / storage strategy.? Previously David has held senior architecture positions at Capita, ATOS & Siemens.
Working with start-ups, he has held the role of Platform & Systems Architect for a high throughput text messaging gateway systems (SMS gateways), which have been delivered to large mobile operators around the globe.? He also provided engineering services to a mobile start-up covering both infrastructure architecture design and the delivery of system against the architecture. ?David is a critical asset for eD3P.
Mark SlaterServices Director
Mark brings almost 30 years of relevant experience in managing complex service and product support. Previously at Dell where he played a major role in implementing SonicWall into the Dell Software Group before he took responsibility for technical support. Mark has held senior positions at XYLAN/Alcatel, Extreme Networks and SilverPeak. The strategy of eD3P is to use Dell for all core appliance build, deployment, configuration and support. Mark will be responsible for managing that global relationship as well as the internal responsibility for total product support to partners.
Gary Strickland-ClarkChief Marketing Officer
Gary has spent 30+ years in technology sales & marketing working in the financial services, telco, travel, payments, security and e-commerce sectors. His career includes a number of years in the World?s leading payment software provider, marketing strategist for an Israeli secure communications provider, marketing director for one of the first SaaS providers and, more recently, a number of leadership roles in turnaround businesses, resulting in the growth and sale of all three. As Financial Services Marketing Director of Nordic IT services firm Tieto, he was instrumental in beating the market with double-digit growth during the years of the credit crunch. Gary?s experience in clearly packaging, presenting and promoting complex technology propositions is vital to eD3P as it seeks to engage a wide partner community.
